​​Certified Personal & Group Trainer Janice Balmer is the owner of GretnaMoves, a wellness company based in Mt. Gretna, PA.

You've got one body - whether you're 6 or 86, you've got to use it so you don't lose it.  Whether you work out with Janice privately, or drop in to a class, you'll find that having fun and sweating CAN go together.   GretnaMOVES includes folks who want to live a full life--for themselves, and so our community is strong.  As a group, we regularly donate resources to support our neighbors.


FALL 2017 CLASS REGISTRATION:


STRENGTH CLASSES.  Held at Mt. Gretna Fire Hall, Cornwall Manor, and Alden Place (private class for residents). Click on the Schedule link, above, for more information about times, locations, and cost.  Contact Janice if interested.


INTERVALS.  Join a fantastic group of folks to work all areas of your body!  Short bouts of high intensity moves (cardio, strength, balance, core) interspersed with active rest exercises.  Adaptable so anyone can join in!  

  • "PRE-SEASON" CLASSES.  SUNDAY, AUGST 27 & SEPTEMBER 3, 5:00-5:45PM, MT. GRETNA FIRE HALL.  

All you need is a mat and water.  We're gonna sweat, strengthen, and lengthen.  $10/class.  INCENTIVE: Bring someone who has never taken my Intervals class and you get in for $5!  Bring your kids, ages 13-17, and they get in for $3/each.   • FALL INTERVALS.  SUNDAYS, SEPTEMBER 10-NOVEMBER 19.  No class October 22.  4:30-5:30pm, however,  4 classes will begin at 5pm (Sept 10, 17, Oct 8, Nov 12).  $110 if registered via email by September 3 (money due on Sept 10).  $70 for spouse.  Kids (must take it seriously) $40.  Drop-in rate is $15/class.
